What types ( septal cartilage, rib cartilage, ear cartilage, surgiform ) and techniques recommend for long lasting rhinosplasty with person ( who has severe allergies) ?

There's no problem performing rhinoplasty for people who are suffering from allergies. Please be aware that this surgery will not fix your body's reaction to allergens. However, if you have a deviated septum, we do correct this issue during the surgery so you will definitely breathe better afterwards. Cartilage from your ear or ribs might be necessary but we can't determine this without examining you in person. Good luck.

The techniques and materials that you are referring to has nothing to do with allergic rhinitis. Your surgeon would choose the techniques/ materials that most likely to give you the best results.

A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about what maneuvers to perform specifically on your nose. It's best to have your allergies under control with nasal sprays, antihistamines, decongestants, Allergy testing, and Allergy shots. A rhinoplasty procedure will give you more congestion for the first few weeks after the procedure.
