Does rosacea impact Rhinoplasty results?

Does rosacea impact rhinoplasty results? I have suffered from rosacea all my life and believe that my nose has expanded over time. Will rosacea (thankfully well controlled now) have a negative impact on nose size post rhinoplasty?

We use this all the time. The diced cartilage helps to either provide fullness where we need it, or, more commonly, to lift the bridge of the nose. Thick skin and oily skin don't always go together, though they can. A picture will be very helpful!
