Diced rib cartilage vs cartilage from septum to reshape a wide large nose into a smaller defined nose?

Hi there! I'm unaware of any difference in infection rates between septal and rib cartilage for crushed cartilage. Both are native sources and should be equally effective in terms of structure and longevity. It's important that whatever source is used, that the technique surgically is sterile.
