Had 32A 10 yrs ago before BA. Saline, smooth implants place sub muscular. 300cc left, 270cc right. Removed 3 days ago with capsulectomy. No complications with surgery. Drains still in place, but scheduled to be removed Monday. are the drains making the breasts look concave? will my breasts look anything like they did before BA 10 yrs ago? any fluffing? i don't want big, full ones, just normal looking tiny breasts like i had, not concave, inverted things on my chest :( Any thoughts?
