I'm worried my FUE transplant is growing patchy. Is it normal to have bald patches during growth periods? I'm 3 months post op.

I am currently 87 days post op fue 3 days before the 3 month mark. I'm worried that my hair transplant is growing patchy? Other areas seem to be growing a lot more than others, some areas look completly bald and some look like quite a few hairs have grown in. I took a few whacks to the head in a boxing match 5 weeks after fue and 8 weeks after fue which cause minor grazing of recipient area and I'm worried that growth will be effected
