Can I do 2 FUE hair transplant procedures within two days - Monday in the front and Wednesday in the back?

Because FUE is more labor intensive than FUG, it is sometimes necessary to perform more than 1 procedure in the same week if you are wanting an extremely large procedure (3000 grafts)
Dividing it up is perfectly fine as long as they are placing grafts in 2 different regions. (crown vs frontal)

It is best to discuss your surgical planning with your doctor.  It is not normal to have two separate surgeries back to back.  However some doctor may do things differently.

It is typical for larger scale hair transplant procedures to span over multiple days. Most doctors will take the necessary precautions to ensure that there is no risk of damaging grafts from one daily procedure to the next.

Normally for cases over 3000 FUE grafts, we split the procedure into two consecutive days.  As long as the second day involves grafting into a separate area from the first day, there should be no damage done to the grafts from the first day.

For large cases it is not unusual to spread the procedure over two days.  So long as care is taken the second day when you are positioned for removal of the grafts to avoid damage to the older grafts you will be fine.  This is something the staff will be very attuned to and should not be a problem. 

The first question I would ask is why not do all of it in one day?  But if your surgeon feels that he can't do it in a single session, then a two day session works and is commonly performed that way. The key is keeping all of the crusts off, as the crusts harbor bacteria which will increase the risk of infection.
