Steps towards revision lower bleph and fat repositioning (photo)

Gingerb92
5 1/2 months ago I had a lower bletha with fat repositioning. Very unhappy about the results. My eyes are more hollow than they were before and theres a shelf. There is also darkness. My doctor keeps saying "elevate head of the bed, salt intake, alleviate stress". I spent over 8k on this surgery it's not making sense. No matter how much sleep I get it stays the same. I really don't want to go the filler route, as I've had filler before the surgery. I'm not sure what went wrong and the correct procedure for me. How long do I have to wait before a revision? Would a fat transfer be worth it and how long to wait? I mentioned that my eyes are hollow and theres a shelf, but I still have no idea what went wrong. And I'm disappointed when I bring it up it's just that "its doing very well", not addressing my questions or concerns. This has brought down my confidence substantially because it's making me appear to look older than I did before. Please let me know what steps I should take moving forward. I am a 32 year old female
