Steps towards revision lower bleph and fat repositioning (photo)

it looks like you have some hollowing. it may be that the fat repositioning wasn't enough vs. didn't work/last. Hard to know for sure. You could consider more volume in that area as a corrective course. - don't need to do filler if you don't want to, I would consider fat grafting if I were you. However, I agree with the surgeon that usually we would have you wait before doing another procedure in the area, esp with the finicky nature of fat. You could start plotting a revision maybe at around 9mo postop with the target to get it done at 1 year.

A couple of thoughts. First is that more time will not necessarily mean more volume and less hollow. However, waiting a few more months will let the tissue settle down to give the most potential for the best revision outcome. I would use PRF or nano fat to help with the hollowness. I have found both of these solutions profoundly effective and very long lasting.

You could be a candidate for additional fat grafting to add volume to the tear trough and cheeks. An in person consultation would be required. Best to see an eyelid specialist.

At 5 1/2 months you are largely healed. Your result is not likely to change with more healing. You need a detailed in person assessment to understand what is going on and what your best options are. Fillers are the most practical solution. I strongly advise against grafted fat. Revisional surgery is also an option if you are open to that.

To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we need to see quality before and after pictures.
If you don’t have it before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Consider reposting with proper before and after pictures.
