Double eyelid crease - can this be corrected? (Photo)

I recently had poterior ptosis surgery on my right eye which orginally had a 1mm drop. Surgeon removed some of the Muller muscle. It is now 0.5mm over corrected. I don't mind so much about that but I now have a double crease from tear duct to middle of the eye and then it goes back to a single crease. Can this be corrected? I asked and was told no.
