It has been already 4 and a half months and even though my implants has slowly dropped, it does not look full and round like others. My surgeon says it looks good but I can tell that there is no fullness or roundness. I am 5'0 and weight 119 pounds. 34A and got 485cc round mod profile, unders. Do you guys think it'll slowly drop or should I get a second opinion?

Answer: 4 months post op and still improving From the pics you have provided, it does appear that your breast shape has improved significantly from 1 to 4 months post op like we would expect them to. It also appears that you do have a nice result so far as it can sometimes take more than 6 months for them to soften and settle/ drop to give you a more natural look and feel. Capsular contracture is one condition that will prevent your breasts from softening and dropping as they should. That is something your plastic surgeon will be looking out for as you return for your follow ups. As such I recommend you keep all your follow up appointments and bring up any concerns you may have. Best wishes.

Answer: Settlement Thank you for your questions. Breasts can take 6-8 months to settle completely. You are still very early in the settlement process. I would recommend giving it some time to continue to settle on down. I would also suggest that you follow up with your surgeon to make sure everything is progressing as it should. Best of luck to you.
