I was left with a dip in the nose after a reaction after rhinoplasty, I been taken care of it by keeping it moist with Vaseline type moisturizer but now it's healed but left a dip , I'm so self conscious about it , what kind of treatment should i be getting to help the dip be flush with the skin

Your before profile photo appears to show an obtuse nasolabial angle, and your tip does not appear overrotated. Your tip may drop a few millimeters as your swelling resolves, and your mild nostril asymmetry may resolve as well. Consider discussing your concerns with your surgeon for reassurance,...
After rhinoplasty you can expect the tip to be slightly elevated due to swelling assicated with the surgery. It can take several months or even a year for this swelling to resolve. The tip can be expected to drop a few millimeters during that time.
