Will 300 cc make a difference in buttock fat transfer for me? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on the photos and BMI of 25, you have lots of fat that can be harvested for fat transfer. BBL surgery is a technical and artistic operation. It is not enough to transfer fat if the body sculpting is not done appropriately. I, personally use the VASER Hi Def Liposuction technique to create athletic, youthful hourglass feminine shapes and a BBL is part of this. I never guarantee a certain volume, but 300 cc sounds modest and will not give you the expected results. You would need your whole torso treated with liposuction 360 degrees. I would suggest addressing the arms as well to match your sculpted body.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your photos it seems like you can benefit from a BBL, the amount of fat that you can transfer to your buttocks depends on how much fat you have to begin with. After liposuction, the fat that is obtained will be processed. The "good" fat can then be placed into the buttocks. With a lot of good fat, 1000 cc's of fat can possibly be injected depending on your body type. It is best to talk to a board certified plastic surgeon in person so that he/she can assess the areas and to be sure that this procedure will work best for you.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.

Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. I don’t commit to specific volumes before fat transfer procedures but I can see it that I have never grafted as little as 300 mL for a BBL.

Certainly not in someone who had ample amounts of fat. 1000 mL is an appropriate BBL volume for you. A lot depends if the surgeon is going to blend it into your hips and into the thigh to some degree.

Still, 300 mL seems very conservative considering how much of the fat graft is lost over time.

Consider having more consultations.

Patients with significant skin laxity including patients who have had significant weight loss often have limited improvements from both Liposuction and fat transfer. The degree of skin laxity is directly proportionate to the degree of lessening the candidacy for the procedure.
