Hello, sometimes one of the sutures normally buried under the skin will come to the surface before it dissolves away.  If you contact their surgeon they will be able to assess this and if necessary they will trim the suture.

Thank you for your question and congratulations on your recent procedure. While this is certainly not uncommon, you look to be having a spitting stitch (which is merely a suture that has made it's way to the surface prior to dissolving.) Contact your surgeon's office to schedule a quick visit to have this clipped and removed. Good luck and congratulations again! 

I use dissolvable stitches under the skin to close breast augmentation incisions. These types of sutures feel like plastic, or fishing line. Occasionally, the end of one of those stitches can poke through. If it's at the end of the incision, it may have been done on purpose depending on the closure technique. In general it may fall out on its own soon, but if not, your plastic surgeon can trim it or remove it quickly and painlessly.
