"I am planning a Breast revision. Currently I have 350cc mentor moderate plus texture implants. I got the surgery 10 years ago. The breasts I want are well defined lower pole or the crease aka IMF. Of course not saggy. My skin is stretched from my first surgery. Will I be able to achieve the look since it will be my second? Is it for someone who has more than A cup of natural breasts? Is there any technique to achieve that? Would full profile or extra full profile help to achieve the look

Answer: Assessment for revision surgery To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. At a minimum we need to see pictures of what your breast look like currently. Without including pictures, we can’t make an assessment and without an assessment, we can’t really give you any useful information From what you describe it sounds like you may have implants that have bottomed out. If that’s the case, then be aware that treating that condition is complex, difficult, and not always straightforward. Revision surgery can be much more complicated and difficult and primary augmentation. Depends on what is needed and the patient’s candidacy for surgery. If you haven’t selected a provider, I suggest scheduling multiple in person, consultations with local plastic surgeons, who have extensive experience with breast implant revision surgery.
