Changing from 650cc UHP silicone implants to 800cc UHP silicone implants will result in a noticeable difference in size and projection. However, it’s essential to consider the limitations of your natural breast tissue and chest anatomy to avoid complications like rippling, sagging, or an unnatural appearance. On the other hand, opting for 630cc HP saline implants overfilled to 1000cc can also provide a significant increase in size. Saline implants allow for adjustments in volume during the surgery, but they tend to have a different feel compared to silicone implants.
Both will make a difference and both are not good options in the long run. Going larger will thin and stretch your own tissue even more than what it is now and you will sag over time. Please reconsider.
To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we always need to see proper before and after pictures.Going from 650 cc to 800 cc will increase the augmentation size by 23%.Implant choice should be made between patient and provider.Implant manufactures, do not recommend overfilling saline implants. Using excessively large implants, increases the chance of undesirable secondary effects, complication rates, and revision rates. Discuss with your provider or schedule in person second opinion consultations.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Your implants are a bit too large and heavy for your tissue. You can go smaller and have the inferior and lateral pockets tightened. You will still have the gap between the breasts because of your anatomy. However, fat can be added in that area to help minimize the gap.
There is a small difference between 270 and 240 cc's. with your height, I would select the larger implants. Both should place you in a full C in most bras. Ask to try both sizes on so you can see.
Going smaller is a good choice since what you have is heavy and mammoth. Going down in profile will decrease the excess upper fullness, but probably look more natural. Try moderate plus profile.
