Breast revision - would switching to moderate profile give me similar results from a front view?

Switching from a high-profile (HP) implant to a moderate-profile (MP) implant with the same width can indeed reduce the volume and projection of your breasts while maintaining a similar width. This change can create a more proportionate and balanced look, especially if you feel that the current implants are too large for your liking.

going smaller is a good choice since what you have is heavy and mammoth. Going down in profile will decrease the excess upper fullness, but probably look more natural. Try moderate plus profile.

Your question is a bit simplistic, and I don’t think there is a yes or no answer for you.
Decreasing implant size can have a multitude of impacts of the appearance of the breast. Recognize that the breast capsule and breast tissues have been stretched out to accommodate your current size implants.
A lot depends on how much of a decrease you make in the next implant selection.
Generally smaller implants create a more natural appearing breast, but this is not always true when it comes to downsizing.
