Right now I have 650cc HP Natrelle. I really like the look from the front view, but the volume is just too much. I already have an appointment to go smaller, and I was thinking about doing moderate profile to allow me to have the same width implant with less volume. I was wondering if this would give me similar results from a front view?

If your implant doesn’t feel firm, then you probably don’t have a capsular contraction.

Capsular contracture is related to contamination of the implant at the time of implant placement with skin bacteria. Anytime you manipulate the implant more, this increases the risk for capsular contracture.
I suggest consulting with plastic surgeons appropriate implant exchange.
There’s a bit more involved in the decision, making then looking at pictures and recommending size.
