Over projected rhinoplasty. Could I get some advice? (Photo)

Hi, I had a revision rhinoplasty 17 months ago because I had a bossae and I feel like since getting that fixed now my tip seems over projected and really strained. Could I get some advice please?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you would benefit from a revision with nasal tip projection to shorten your tip complex and straighten your tip.. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
