Rhinoplasty revision - do patients have to pay for a revision if the doctor determines one is needed?

My doctor mentioned the possibility of me having to have a Rhinoplasty revision, 11 months post-op, due to bumps that haven't gone away after steroid injections. Do patients have to pay for a revision if the doctor determines one is needed?
