Vascular occlusion and steroid injection problems?

I recently had a vascular occlusion from steroid injections. It has almost healed (still slightly purple when cold). I then got steroid injections to get rid of some scar tissue(I’ve had 4 rhinoplasties over the years. First doctor botched my nose). The steroids worked but now I have some slight indentation and blueish/purple tint. Is that from the steroids or do I need the get an ultrasound to make sure it’s not still the filler problem?

Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on the exact appearance of your nose. Sometimes Nasal tip swelling can last an extremely long time and improvements even further out from surgery than where you are now can be accomplished with steroids or Accutane. Best wishes and good...
