I had a primary septo rhinoplasty over 2 years ago and am very unhappy with the tip. There is a columllar strut graft in an unnatural position and sticks out. There is another circular tip graft that sticks out on one side and shows through my skin. It gets red often too and shows a lot in pictures. Primary offered a revision. We discussed both removing the grafts or shaving them down. What would you recommend? What are the implications of each procedure? And what happens to the tip if removed?
