I had a revision rhinoplasty 2.4 years ago which left me with a wide and bulbous tip. I have tried 4 rounds of kenalog injections with no luck. My surgeon had used fascia from behind the ear during my revision and was told tha even if I do another revision, it will be hard to achieve tip definition due to the fascia from behind the ear. I am looking for a second opinion on this and trying to figure out what my options are. Thank you.
