Can my bridge height and tip be restored? (Photos)

Question

I did have any issue withy nosetip, infact i really liked the shape of it and just wanted to get rid of my dorsal hump that made my nose look a bit masculine. Unfortunately, my surgeon gave me a completely new nose. I want my bridge height and tip (columella & infra tip) restored as it looks quite flat now. Is this possible ?

I can appreciate nostril and tip asymmetry, however. If you would be content with a more symmetrical nasaltip appearance, with less nostril show, and a higher nasal bridge appearance, you may wish to consider permanent non-surgical nose job treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000 for permanent results. For many people, this is a welcome alternative to the downtime, expense, uncertainty, and cost associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Additional photographs, including a true lateral side profile view would be needed to make any recommendations. Generally speaking, diced cartilage wrapped in fascia can be used for dorsal augmentation. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
