Got Botox for the first time. It's been about 1.5 wks since I got it. She gave me 30 around my forehead and eyes. I think it's drooped between my eyes and when I talk or try to lift my eyebrows, they arch up so high I look like Jack Nicholson. It looks horrible. I'm a very happy person and now I look mean. She told me wait 2 weeks it will change. But I have a scary feeling I'm stuck like this for 3-4 months. Is it supposed to be this way?

Answer: Drooping Brow after Botox Thank you for your question. It is a bit difficult to tell from your photo’s if Botox has caused drooping between your eyes. The cause is most likely that the injections were not placed lateral enough. This is a common mistake and can make you look like the Joker. However, this can easily be corrected with Botox injected laterally. Please always remember to see an experienced and reputable injector. Best of Luck!

Answer: Uneven pull on brows after Botox Thanks for your question. I agree with the waiting period and at that time a small injection just lateral to the peak on the right brow should calm that down and give you symetry. Remind your injector to note that so that on your next treatment in 3-4 months he/she can place a small amount of Botox in that area to prevent this again. Hope this helps Dr. ODell
