In general it takes days to weeks for transplanted grafts to shed. If you are having shedding and you are concerned, follow up with your doctor.

The best method for closure is trichophytic closure. If done by a skilled doctor and there is minimal tension, the chances of scarring is very low, unless you are prone to scar formation.

It's best to wait at least 9 months between transplants. you are already at that stage so it's ok to go forward with another transplant. I would recommend that you transplant only the frontal area and not lower your current hairline. You should have 800 to 1000 grafts in the frontal area.This...
