It's best to wait at least 9 months between transplants. you are already at that stage so it's ok to go forward with another transplant. I would recommend that you transplant only the frontal area and not lower your current hairline. You should have 800 to 1000 grafts in the frontal area.This conservative approach is based on your age, your photos and my experience with many transplants in your position. At your age it is best to consider the long term outcome and as well as the the current "picture". Be careful not to spend too many grafts until your long term prognosis for balding is delineated.
