Can the ridge on the top of my buttocks be fixed? (Photo)

Hi Pacee1I see your complaint as due to a thick fat pad collection with redundancy of skin and possibly lack of support.  I believe that you will need excision of skin and fat with suspension of the buttocks to achieve a nice shape.I don't know what your abdomen looks like, but I believe based only on the pics that you can get a back/butt lift or even a 360 body lift if desired.  I also think that lipo will be a helpful adjunct.Regarding the weight loss and timing of that loss vs. surgery, that is something that needs to be discussed as many options are possible.I would be glad to review options with you  if you are so inclined.sek

By your photos it appears you may already have had Brazilian Butt Lift? If so, I would be interested in how long ago. An ETT will be unlikely to correct the area over your buttocks. An actual consultation with physical examination would yield the best answers and potential solutions. Cellulaze and Cellusmooth are both treatments which can reduce the appearance of cellulite and we have had good success with those treatments.Good luck with your weight loss journey!
