Can the ridge on the top of my buttocks be fixed? (Photo)

I have a very unnatural and protruding ridge that my surgeon said could only be fixed with a ETT. tried pulling up as if I had had an extended TT, it was still there. I want to get this fixed now, in case I need the fat to fill in, so I can move along to my weight loss journey of losing 30 pds., and am willing to travel. A surgeon that does cellulaze, or can help minimize cellulite is a plus, so I can check that off my list. TYIA!
