I have a very large fat deposit below the bikini line, would liposuction work?

 Liposuction is an excellent way to remove an enlarged mons pubis. Depending on your skin quality, you may also need a skin-tightening therapy, such as Ulthera or ThermiTight. You may also want to consider noninvasive fat-elimination techniques, such as Vanquish and CoolSculpting. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who will be able to evaluate your mons area and make recommendations.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Liposuction works best in areas with good skin elasticity.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Hello and thank you for your question. Liposuction is the gold standard for fat removal. So if this area has fullness due to fat then liposuction can definitely decrease the amount of fat that is present therefore the fullness should decrease as well. however, if you also have loose skin, like if your pubic area also hangs down a little then you would also need to have a pubic lift which would require removing excess skin. Hi- liposuction could be a great option for you, but it would depend on the amount of skin excess you have in the area. You may also want to consider a mini tummy tuck. An in-person evaluation will give you a better idea of what you can expect with each treatment.

This is a very common area to have a fat deposit.  Laser or Ultrasound assisted liposuction is very effective.  In extreme cases a skin excision may be necessary.

This is difficult to answer without pictures. Yes, liposuction can be used to improve this area, if you're a candidate. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Although it is difficult to say without an in person
examination, if you have good skin elasticity, you should be a good candidate
for liposuction. Liposuction works best on patients who are of relatively
average weight, but who need help with a problem area, or with shedding the ten
pounds they regain between diets.

People who have especially slack skin in their midsection need
more than what liposuction alone can offer. Typical candidates for a full tummy
tuck are women with drooping abdomens after pregnancy, women and men who've
lost a great deal of weight, menopausal women, or older people with loose skin
due to age. In the tummy tuck, the skin from the rib cage down to the pelvic
area is tightened, and the navel is moved up and secured in a new position.
For people who don’t want surgery CoolSculpt is now an option to
help reduce fat in selective areas. The CoolSculpting fat-freezing procedure is
the only FDA-cleared, non-surgical fat-reduction treatment that uses controlled
cooling to eliminate stubborn fat that resists all efforts through diet and

Without a photo it is hard to give sound advice.  Typically liposuction is very effective in removing excess fat from the mons pubis area.  An in-office consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon would be worthwhile I think.
