I have a very large fat deposit below the bikini line, would liposuction work?

 Liposuction is an excellent way to remove an enlarged mons pubis. Depending on your skin quality, you may also need a skin-tightening therapy, such as Ulthera or ThermiTight. You may also want to consider noninvasive fat-elimination techniques, such as Vanquish and CoolSculpting. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who will be able to evaluate your mons area and make recommendations.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Liposuction works best in areas with good skin elasticity.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Hello and thank you for your question. Liposuction is the gold standard for fat removal. So if this area has fullness due to fat then liposuction can definitely decrease the amount of fat that is present therefore the fullness should decrease as well. however, if you also have loose skin, like if your pubic area also hangs down a little then you would also need to have a pubic lift which would require removing excess skin.
