hello Bossgirl17 Liposuction patients can see results of their procedures as early as 10-14days after the procedure, but improvements continue 4-6 months afterwards as swellings and irregularities resolve. Patient’s scars will mature following surgery; they may be red or raised for the first few months, but after 6–12 months they will soften, lighten, and become less noticeable. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. However, based on your picture, you have some skin laxity and were not a candidate for liposuction alone, you should have had a tummy tuck at the same time. Hi and welcome to our forum!Healing after liposuction takes a considerable period of time (6-12 months). Initially, swelling often makes the treated areas even look bigger (temporarily) than before surgery! I recommend watchful waiting until the swelling subsides. Discuss this issue with your surgeon at your next visit to ease your mind. Best wishes!

You are fresh post-treatment. You have to give it time to settle down.  It can take about 6 months and sometimes longer for all the swelling to go away.
