No it should not concern you it is totally normal that fluid and some blood will sink down with gravitational forces and cause some swelling and bruising of the penis. This is not due to injury but due to the hematoma on the Tummy.  It will be gone within a week or two. A wonderful rest of the day and greetings from the beautiful island of Jamaica

Bruising in the genital area, male or female, is normal after liposuction of the abdomen because gravity pulls the blood downward.  This will resolve over time.

Hi and welcome to our forum!Bruising and swelling of the penis is not unusual after liposuction of the abdomen as gravity will cause blood in the soft tissues to flow downward after the procedure. It is a self limited process and should resolve within a few weeks.However, if it is associated with pain or if the swelling is massive, I recommend an evaluation by your plastic surgeon to rule out more serious entities.Best wishes!
