I am due to have my implants removed in 5 days but have developed oral thrush (I've had it before) should I delay my surgery?

I contracted MRSA when I had my implants put in but have not had a problem since then and it's been 5 years. My surgeon is going to start me on a strong antibiotic three days prior to the implant removal surgery.
