Im 5'3" , I weigh about 140. My lower body is awful. If i lose too much weight my upper body gets too small but my lower never changes. I run often and stay active. My skin is loose and lumpy. I just want to look normal, what can i do?

Hello, thank you for your question about how you can look normal again and would a 360 circumferential lower body lift help.  Thank you for your history and your pictures.  First, we should analyze your pictures to determine the best procedure for your body.

On you buttocks and hips, you have cutis pleonasmus (excess skin), dermatocholosis (loose skin), cellulite, and stria (stretch marks).  On you abdomen, from the limited picture, you have excess skin and fat and stretch marks around the umbilicus.  To address the abdomen, hips, and buttocks in one surgery, most plastic surgeons would suggest a 360 circumferential lower body lift.  During a  360 circumferential lower body lift, an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), mons lift, mons reduction, hip lift, hip reduction, buttock lift, and buttock reduction are performed.  During the tummy tuck portion of the  360 circumferential lower body lift, excess abdominal skin and fat are removed, the rectus abdominis muscle are plicated to correct for rectus diastasis, and the belly button is reconstructed.   The 360 circumferential lower body lift takes about six hour to complete under general anesthesia.  Plan for a two to three week recovery. Thanks for your questions and pictures.  Based on your pictures, it appears you have some loose skin to your lower body, specifically in the buttock and lower back along with your abdomen.  You would likely be a good candidate for a lower body lift with some liposuction especially to your outer thighs.  Make sure  you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person exam. By looking at your pictures it would seem that the best option for you would be a lower body lift from what I can see there some residual skin both on your lower back and your updo the only way to successfully removed that would be by doing a lower body lift that removes all the skin from the abdomen and the back and at the same time lifts the whole area Improving the buttocks and outer thighs.

Thank you for your question.  I have been in practice 30 years and have dealt with many patients with similar issues.  I think the best course of action for you would be and around the world tummy tuck, liposuction of the outer thighs, and a thong lift.  I am the only 1 that I know that does a large volume of thong lifting.  This is a specific surgery for the lower inner part of the buttock to round out the buttock. From the photos it appears you would benefit from some liposuction for sculpting your curves as well as J-Plasma for skin tightening.  You can consider Aveli to treat cellulite. Based on the limited post of photos and posting photos and clothing, make it difficult to make it accurate assessment. Either post complete nude photos or virtual consultation, but from what I see it appears you need a buttocks lift with combination of a BBL and Lipo, possible tummy, tuck, and Lipo and J plasma And Endo layers of posterior thighs.
