Breast implant exchange - will exchanging saline under muscle for over muscle solve my problem?

I am considering exchanging my 23 year old saline Under the muscle implants for Over the muscle implants due to implants moving during chest work outs. Will this solve the problem? Drawbacks of Over the muscle? Any other advice? Also, is there a doctor that performs over the muscle in the Dallas/Fort Worth area please?

Dear Ledena, based on your photo, it looks like implants are placed low. Bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast...
