I am considering exchanging my 23 year old saline Under the muscle implants for Over the muscle implants due to implants moving during chest work outs. Will this solve the problem? Drawbacks of Over the muscle? Any other advice? Also, is there a doctor that performs over the muscle in the Dallas/Fort Worth area please?
