I had 330cc, cohesive III implants inserted in Feb2020. Unfortunately they’re too big and fake looking than what I originally had in mind. I wanted them removing but I think I would still be uncomfortable with the natural size. I am wanting removal/replacement at 150cc, low profile, teardrop. So that they’re small volume at the bottom and no contour lines at the top. Please can someone advise if this would be possible? Im also looking into the route of fat transfer instead of implant swap?
