I had tuminisent lipo exactly 7 days ago. I had upper and lower abs and flanks done. the flanks are a little smaller but my abs are still big, sore and puffy. As a matter of fact they never really got flat during the procedure. I notice others saying their abs were flat right after then got bigger but mine never got flat. Does this mean they won't every be flat and I wasted my money?

At 9 weeks you are still healing from the liposuction procedure. You need to give it several more months to settle. Unfortunately, the skin tightening machines do not work very well and if your skin is really loose then skin excision is often the best solution. Best of luck.

All swelling goes south, because of gravity, and pools in the pubic area. If you did not wear a garment that compresses the pubic area, and you didn't, then all of the swelling will go straight there. Don't worry, it is temporary and will resolve in 3-6 months.
