Surgery was 3 years ago --stitches were small at first, but apparently my skin is thin and the stitches stretched... I would like to know if a revision is best, or laser, and what kind? I hate the way my face looks...

Answer: This would require an excision This type of scar indicated that it has either migrated down or was improperly placed to begin with. It can be fixed with excision of the existing scar and reclosure, meticulously hiding it in the crease beneath your nose and anchoring it with deep sutures to prevent future migration.

Answer: Lip Lift Lip Lift should be considered very sparingly, because of the external scar on the lip. When done the incision need very close attention to details for design and proper closure. Once you have a scar, it is for life. Improvement of the scar can be achieved by scar revision and Carbon dioxide laser resurfacing, if the skin color permits that. No guarantees to the scar.
