Your apparent protruding upper lip may be caused by retracted premaxilla ( mid upper gum area) or protruded upper front teeth. Low nasal tip profile appear to accentuate the problem. A lip lift can be done after silicone is injected in the lips. Silicone injections have a high complication rate and I would seek medical advice if you had any problems with your lips.
