I had inverted nipple surgery & was left with weird visible scarring and creases. Is there a way it can look more normal?(photo)

It's been more than 2 years since I had inverted nipple surgery. They're not inverted now, but they're flat and have weird creases and scars. There is also white puss-like stuff that comes out of the creases and invisible tiny holes when you squeeze them. Is there any way to make my nipples look more normal, smoothed out, and 'pretty'? I actually do not care about their level of projection anymore after dealing with this gross scarring. Tell me the answers straight, please.... Thank you.

There are three basic degrees of severity of inverted nipples. The treatment is a bit different for each of the types. It sounds like you have the most severe type. I think that endoscopic release of the fibous tissue and dermal grafting gives the best result wile trying to preserve your ability...
