You photos show that nipples are still inverted. This occasionally happens after surgical correction. If you don't plan to breast feed, a second surgical attempt should suffice.
Inverted nipple correction may prevent breast feeding. Sometimes women with inverted nipples have a hard time breast feeding anyways. Also, they sometimes come out with breast feeding. Consider waiting.
