I'm 15. My nipples are inverted. One of them comes out rarely & other one doesn't look like its ever formed. Any suggestion?

They don't come out when it's cold. The one that does come out doesn't stay out for long. It's made me really self conscious and I don't know what i should do?

Surgery is the best way.  You can try a minimally invasive approach using a needle with a small cutting surface and possibly some filler material.

About 3 years ago my right nipple inverted and I get a hard mass beside or under the inverted nipple & hurts. Is this normal?

Inverted nipple correction may prevent breast feeding. Sometimes women with inverted nipples have a hard time breast feeding anyways. Also, they sometimes come out with breast feeding. Consider waiting.
