Cost of inverted nipple correction surgery in San Francisco/bay area + surgeon recommendations?

i've had puffy inverted nipples (grade 3 though not tubular) for as long as I can remember, and now at 19 I don't see any option other than surgery to fix them. I want to ask about the general cost of inverted nipple correction surgery in the bay area and recommendations for surgeons (results a priority, but taking into consideration college student budget). Also wondering if the puffiness will go away with the inversion (it doesn't bother me too much but would rather get it have them)? thanks!
