Can I get fillers instead of breast implants even though I have scoliosis? How much would it cost?

Fillers like hyaluronic acid have no role in breast augmentation as the cost would be prohibitive for the short term results. Fat grafting can add a small amount of volume, but most women with small breasts also tend to have little or no body fat to harvest for grafting. Additionally, grafting results are variable as to the amount that "takes" and the symmetry. It likely will require several surgeries to achieve a modest increase and improved size symmetry.
Breast implantation will probably be a simpler and quicker solution with a higher probability of making your size and shape more symmetric.

While fat transfer can be used for augmentation of the breasts, the results can be inconsistent. This is true fat transfer to any region of the body, this inconsistency presents the greatest challenge in the breast. This is because asymmetric graft take will be exceedingly noticeable. Graft take is highly variable ranging from good to poor (with resorption rates sometimes reaching 50%). This range can make achieving a symmetric result much more difficult.Saline/silicone implants represent a much more reliable means of adding volume to the breasts. With regards to your sizing concerns, patients often think in terms of cup size when considering augmentation. Unfortunately, devices are sized in terms of milliliters (cc) of volume. This can lead to some confusion when sizing. Additionally, it is important to remember that cup size itself is not standardized with variations from one manufacturer to another. Unfortunately, as many women can attest their cup size in an industry leader such as VS is not necessarily transferable to another brand.
Another point which is often under appreciated is that of anatomy and starting point. Any implant will add volume to the volume which is already present. The implant is additive. A particular volume will not necessarily confer the same cup size to different patients (often times it will not even confer the same cup size to different breasts in the same individual...remember they are "sisters" not "twins"). 

A general rule of thumb is that 125cc can represent somewhere between 1/2 to a full cup size increase. Smaller volume differentials (25-50cc) are typically less consequential representing a volume change of less than a shot glass. However, I have found these numbers, at least anecdotally, to be of little help. Patients often present with notions/goals which do not correlate with these sorts of sterile volumetric assessments.

When sizing patients, there are a number of useful tools including:

-3D imaging (has the added benefit of offering a volumetric analysis of the pre-operative breast)

-Breast sizers (rice bags)

-Goal photos

I also recommend that patients commit to a particular look rather than a cup size. Once a patient settles on a look that pleases them the overall cup size increase becomes less relevant.

Thank you for sharing your question.  The most common method of enhancing a woman's breasts is through the use of saline or silicone implants.  As you are looking for a modest increase in overall breast volume you may also wish to consider fat grafting to the breast.  This would involve liposuction of a part of your body that has diet and exercise resistant fat, purifying the fat, and then reinventing it into your breast for improved volume and shape.  I would recommend you make an appointment to see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation.  They will be able to help you select the best treatment option.  Hope that this helps.

It is absolutely NORMAL to have different size breasts, it's not a medical problem and you should not be medically concerned about it.  If you are concerned about it COSMETICALLY, then you may want to see a plastic surgeon about breast implants.  Facial fillers are NOT used for breast enhancement and the cost would be rediculously high and have to be repeated every 6 months anyway even if it was possible.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Thank you for your question.  It is difficult to determine without any photos or an examination but you may be a candidate for a breast fat injection.  Fat would be removed from an area of your body and transferred into your breasts.  This would give you about a 1 cup increase and make the breasts more symmetrical.  I would recommend implants if you are looking to increase the size and volume.  The price ranges depending on the surgeon, region, and other factors.  Make sure you are working with a board certified plastic surgeon who has expertise in this area.

I prefer to use implants over fillers( which I assume you mean fat grafting).  It think implants give a mroe reliable result.

If you do decide to enlarge your breasts, the use of small implants of different sizes is common as most women are assymetrical before surgery. A small enlargement of the breast with fat injections is certainly possible for you as well.
