Which MTF FFS surgical procedures can be done without waiting for HRT to take its course vs. which should not?

I am referring to facial areas such as Brow, Forehead, Nose, etc. and I understand 2 years of HRT is the recommended period to wait for those procedures where changes are likely to occur.

Thank you for your question. HRT really does not change the bony structure of the face. You may have a softer skin texture and maybe slightly more fullness in the cheeks, but not significant enough to wait in pursuing FFS. Surgery should really be based on what timing is good for you. If you are ready now then go for it!

Usually the HRT it is recommended before a SRS (genitals) but it is not necessary for FFS. Of course you can have wait for a more feminine look is you have the surgeries more the HRT, but again, it is not necessary, or if you started already it is not a minimal period required.

Thank you for your question. There is actually no firm waiting period after starting HRT before facial surgery can be done. The goal of FFS is to make structural changes that are not influenced a lot by HRT. HRT will influence skin, hair, fat. FFS works on bone, brows, nose etc that are not really affected by HRT. So you can have FFS anytime you feel ready.
