Is there a Reversible surgery for buccal fat removal and chin implant correction? (photos)

Your doctor picked the wrong type of implant.  That's the key thing. The implant needs to be of the right shape, but this can be removed and adjusted.  Also, we can restore fat back where the buccal fat was removed to feminize and contour the face.The key is always to find an experienced surgeon. Especially for a revision.

I agree that your chin looked better before the implant, but luckily that can easily be fixed by removing the implant. If you want a more V-shaped jawline, it would have to be accomplished with bony contouring of your jaw. It is a bit difficult to tell from the photos, but your jawline already looks really nice. Any further work would just be fine-tuning. 
Before filling in your cheeks where you had buccal fat pad excision I would really have to ask what your end goal would be and what specific issues you had with your cheeks. Filling in the lower part of your cheeks where buccal fat was removed will make your lower face heavier and counteract any jawline contouring you do. What I would suggest it actually filling the upper part of your cheeks to bring the widest part of your face up. This will give somewhat of a lift to the lower face and look youthful. It can be done with either Voluma which can last up to two years or cheek implants which are permanent. It is difficult to tell from the photos since some look like your cheeks are more full than others.

At this point there is no true way to reverse buccal fat with surgery. I would recommend volume transfer. So either a non-surgical filler and their various option like restylane, juvederm or voluma would work very nicely in the cheek area. As for the chin area I think an option would be to surgically remove the implant. Let that heal for several months and at that point you could potentially do a filler in that area.
