I am trans so I decided to undergo a FFS for more feminine features but then the surgery result last July 2017 was horrible. My plan is to have brow lift and chin replacement and during consultation my surgeon suggest me to have buccal fat removal since I want to have a V shape as well so I say yes for BFR but it was a big mistake. Please suggest me what to do to have my face back or to improve my current botched face by inexperience doctor. Before and after surgery photos available
