48 female Feel like my neck skin is getting loose and crepier and it seems like it shows my age more than my face I am 5’7 and 155 lbs

The best improvement typically is a lower face and neck lift called a mini lift procedure. This would address the loose skin around the neck and jaw line. It is an outpatient procedure and typically takes a couple of hours to complete and the results last longer when you are in your 40's and 50's. There are less aggressive procedures at well that could be appropriate based upon an examination. I would recommend consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon in your area.
