Will a mini SMAS face and neck lift get rid of the loose skin on my neck? (Photo)

Hi I am booked in for a mini smas face and neck lift and want to know what to expect, I have lose skin on my neck this is the main reason for surgery. Will it get rid of this? Also the incisions around my ears my surgeons technique is to put them diagonally across the top of the ear to the hairline and not close to the ear.
