I am 44 years old now and considering a mini neck lift, i get botox regularly and am very happy with it ,but i'm not real happy about my neck lately. I had morpheus8 on my face and partial neck 2 years ago, after $2,800 i wasn't really thrilled with the after on my "turkey". I was told to to try Thermage, but the thought of putting out that kind of money for disappointing results again. Should i just go for a mini neck lift at this point? Thank you!
Answer: Treatment options for neck In my opinion, surgery would give you the most improvement to your neck. A facelift, targeting the lower face and neck, should give you rejuvenation of those areas.

Answer: Neck Sagging/Fat - VASERlipo, FaceTite/AccuTite, Morpheus8/Fractora, Neck Lift/Platysmaplasty; Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, Halo, or Erbium) and microneedling RF (Fractora, Morpheus8, PiXel8, Intensif) to improve the crepey skin and wrinkles. Overall, the neck can be treated with a combination approach: 1. Microneedling and laser treatments for texture 2. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or Jeuveau to help platysmal bands 3. Intensif, Fractora, PiXel8, or Morpheus8 microneedling RF for crepey skin and lifting 4. Injectable fillers like Belotero, Restylane Silk, Versa, and Juvederm Volbella to improve lines and folds 5. Face/neck lifting if sagging is prominent or premature, with or without platysmaplasty (muscle tightening) 6. Renuvion (J-Plasma), ThermiRF, and InMode FaceTite/AccuTite for internal tightening 7. Ultherapy and Thermage for external tightening 8. Regular Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, or InMode Forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. PDO NovaThreads or Silhouette InstaLift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production See an expert for a formal evaluation and to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals. Answer: Surgery This is likely a muscle problem and would have not received adequate treatment with Morpheus or Thermage. A neck lift would be an appropriate solution but keep in mind that mini procedures produce mini results. Also usually a facelift accompanies a neck lift. Be open and don’t short change yourself.

Answer: Age 44 and considering a mini necklift More information is as a full set of facial and neck photographs from all angles. In our practice, a neck lift involves removal of fat deposits located above the platysma muscle with Liposuction, and surgical removal of the fat deposits below the platysma muscle and then we perform a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline and no skin removal is required. If you have excess skin in the neck even at age 44, then a lower face and neck lift is going to be required to tighten loose neck skin. The looseness of your skin will determine which procedure you will need which should be made at the time of the in-person consultation
