47, my skin is not bad, I feel much younger than my age and would like to achieve some type of jawline with the least invasive surgery and the least downtime possible as I don’t have time for a lot.

Ellevate is a procedure that sutures together the neck muscles without incisions.  It is long lasting, and is different from so-called "suture lifts" that are really short-lived.  The procedure is often done with a device called "facetite" that helps to tighten the skin.  It should define the jawline, as well.  We perform a variation, called a "trampoline" lift.  A consultation is necessary to determine whether you are a candidate for this procedure.  Another option is to perform an endoscopic or minimally invasive neck lift.  The pictures are really not enough to give you a solid answer.

From the one limited photograph, you appear to have fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle. Liposuction can only remove the fat deposits above the muscle and will only give you minimal results. Surgical removal of the fat deposits below the platysma muscle is going to be required in addition to a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline. As long as your skin tone is acceptable, A neck lift can be performed. If your skin tone in your neck is rather to loose, then a lower face and neck lift is going to be required.
