I love to run outside, I workout and lift weights daily, I’m about 155lbs and 5ft 7in tall. Before kids I had a 34-36D I’m wondering what size implant would fill me in nicely. Also do I need a lift? What type? Which profile?

When choosing implants its based on the chest measurements as to how big you can go. Depending on the look you are going for, a lift would be a part of that plan.
