My profile has always been about this way, though improved when I had lipo to the neck. Whats left may be muscle, and other that keeps it from looking tighter. I'd like to have a cleaner and straighter jawline, flat from chin to neck, no buldge. I have a bludge on side of my lip as well, seems like muscle. My lips are uneven, so is my chin. Chin uneven likely is from an accident I had where I struck that area. Ideally all fixed at once. TY!

Answer: Jaw definition The problem of poor definition of your jaw is related to flaccid neck muscles (platysma) and extra skin. When performing neck liposuction, only fat was removed, but this does not improve laxity; on the contrary, it sometimes increases it.I suggest performing face and neck lifting to firm up your cheeks and neck. This improves the mandibular profile. For your lips, we can enhance them with hyaluronic acid.

Answer: Options Hello! There are a few options you can do for your chin: 1.) A lower facelift will give you a tighter more defined jawline/neck with some fillers along your jawline to give you a very defined strong look. Some surgeons offer this procedure without having to put you under general anesthesia. You can even out your chin and lips with filler as well. Filler is a great option because there is no downtime, and it’s very easily done. Although it’s not a permanent fix, it does help with balancing out the face.
