Hi Rebecca! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing trouble after your neck procedure. It's hard to say what's causing the tightness such as the suture technique or excess skin removal / tension. Injecting steroids can be helpful in addition to massaging, but these should be done very carefully. Steroids can cause fat atrophy and disfigurement to the skin if used too often or in too high of dosages. At 6 months, you would expect improvement to be going in a positive direction.
