As I get older my lower face seems to get wider and wider. It used to be relatively V shaped. I'm quite slim at 5'9 and a 28" waist. I have had Botox in the masseters for around a year and a half, every three months. To be honest, I don't think it has much effect. My masseters still move freely despite many units. I think I'm relatively immune to Botox? Any advice on how to reduce face width? I've included a photoshopped picture to showcase desired outcome. Thanks.
