What is this at the side of my eye? (Photo)

History- In 2014 when I was preg with my daughter I noticed the outer crease of my right eye constantly red, then it move to a whale like effect to a small pimple.. it's been 8 years and this has been the growth. It itches at times. It feels like a hard ball that moves within the sac when pressure it added . The dermo once's tried to burst it but nothing happened.. I need it removed.. I have a video but it can't be posted only pics.. let me know what it is and who can help me. Thanks

This depends on your goals for the surgery, your orbital measurements, and the amount of fat in your lower lids. The other option would be cheek/tear trough implants and a midface lift. Best to see an expert in your area.
